How can you help?

Sponsorship

We rely on sponsors each year to support the event and there are several opportunities such as:

£75 - Beer Barrel

£40 - Gin

In return for sponsorship you will receive 5 drinks vouchers, a mention in our programme and on our social media.

You can also sponsor lager, rum or the whole event so please get in touch if you're interested.

Volunteering

In order for our event to run smoothly we require volunteers for the following:

Setting up (putting up gazebos etc.)

Bar staff

Glass washing and collecting

Again if you can help please get in touch.

Food vans

Do you know anyone who may be interested in having a food van at the festival? We currently have one confirmed but we have room for more.

If you are able to support us through sponsorship, volunteering, catering or have any questions then please contact Ashley Free on 07415 709104 or email baildoncricketclub@gmail.com

Please keep an eye on our website as well as out Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages for more updates and we look forward to seeing you there!
