There will be 2 phases in the Under 18s this year. Stage 1 will comprise of 5 groups of 4 each playing on a home & away basis.
Stage 2 : The top 2 in each group will qualify and will play against the other 8 qualifying teams for the Under 18s championship. Those teams not qualifying i.e. coming 3rd and 4th will enter a separate league comprising them and the other non qualifying 8 teams from Stage 1 to compete for the Plate championship.
The Stage 1 groups have been put together on a geographical basis as follows:
