Results - Under 18s

Congratulations to our under 18 team who have played two games this week and shown how strong they are.

On Wednesday they went to Guiseley and convincingly beat a strong team. Batting first Baildon posted 122 for 3 including an opening partnership of 64 between Captain Dean and Will K. Will Kelly scores 45 and was superbly supported by Adam Dean (28) and Adam Hussain (31). In reply Guiseley were restricted to only 95 - star if the show was Lucas Shaw removing both openers cheaply.

On Thursday we visited Bradford and Bingley. Again we were asked to bat first and posted a competitive score of 109 for 6. Will K retired with 52 not out, well supported by Sam Wilkinson (28). In the field we were awesome and restricted Bingley to 68 for 8 (despite three dropped catches). Lucas Shaw with 4 for 10 again led the way but was backed up by some excellent bowling and fielding from everyone else. Special mention to the under 15s who played and contributed so well.

The club are very proud that every member of the squad play their senior cricket at Baildon and have representatives in each of the four senior teams each week.
