The club annual general meeting will take place at Jenny Lane on Monday 27th November from 7.30pm, all members are asked to attend.
At the meeting we will get reports from the President, Chairman and Treasurer as well as team reports from the individual captains.
Proposed changes will also be voted on with 2 key proposals:
1. To increase annual playing membership to £50 (£25 for juniors) - this will be paid by playing members at a signing up night in February/March. This gives you at least 4 months to save the membership fee.
2. To increase match fees for Bradford League matches to £5 for seniors and £3 for juniors.
The reason for these proposals are that we can no longer support the club financially under the current membership and match fee structure nor can we allow members to just not pay their annual membership. To have a signing up night allows us to have more visibility of who has paid and who hasn't. For example the cost of a home game is:
Umpires - £80
Match Ball - £25
Scorer - £35
If you feel strongly about these proposals then there will be a vote on the night.
